Hey ladies!!
So I had a bad start. Too much to drink on friday night, Hung like crazy on Saturday. I must say that instead of driving straight to Burger King like I would have in the past. I made myself brown rice with scallops and beets. Also instead of laying in bed all day I did manage to take my pup for a walk...suffered through hot flashes but I did it. Now that that is out of my system, I'm heading to the gym tonight, then walking my pup when I get home. I will jump on the scale at the gym. I know that I will be put off by what I see but I will stay positive and keep in mind that I'm doing something about it.
