Start bloging
Hey ladies,
Welcome to "Road to Sexy". Our blog that will allow us to share our stories, our successes, our trials and more. Please login, add content, send comments and most of all, stay engaged!
Hey ladies, this is soooo cool, I am so excited to get started. So my starting wight is 137 pounds and I would like to get somehere between 127-130. My biggest challlenge is binge eating, giving up all together and avoiding sugr and wine. I am pretty sure I can give up the wine for the next nine weeks, but suger will be a huge challenge. I am looking forward to starting to train for my next 1/2 marathon, I registered the other day, so there's no turning back now. I am going to commit to doing at least 30 minutes a day of vigorous exercise a day, no matter what else might seem kike a good idea (ie: a nap, watching the simpsons, cozying up to a bag of chips etc) I also will commit to journalling my food intake as that has really helped me to stay on track in the past. So, now that we have the official numbers out of the way, let us say goodbye to the "fluffier" sides of ourselves and hello to fit, tight, toned and firm. we all have it in us, so let's bring it out!!!!
How can I make my blog name Jayna Jaded? That is supposed to be my name when I join the pillow fighting league, but not with these thunder thighs!!!! Let me know Drey.
Well I am very excited. And a little ashamed to say that the first two days were not great at all. But now that I have read these posts, my mind is on track. So my starting weight is 190.8 (wholly crap - but not as bad as 238 before I got pregnant with Nevaeh). My goal is to be 140 by the end of our challenge. I commit to doing a least an hour of exercise everyday and not eating all the junk food that comes into this house. My new mantra is I will be fit and I will be bringing sexy back!!!!!! I still need to do my measurements, with Shawn's help, so I will update that soon. I love you all very much and can't wait to sign in and see how everyone is doing. Goodbye "fluffy"!!!!!!!!
The best and easiest and fastest way to do this is to create a new gmail email. You can have the username Jayna Jaded and then link to this blog as a follower. Super simple. But if you want me to do it for you, I can get it done in like 2 minutes. Let me know
