So tired, but will definitely work out...
I'm laying on the couch after having a morning nap after work, so bagged right now, but definitely gonna go to the gym later before work tonight. I was starving this morning so I had two servings of breakfast- 2 eggs and 2 crumpets instead of one of each, so I lightened up my lunch. Mandy, I'm glad you had an extra half hour at the gym, that's awesome, keep it up. Dre, you have Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred right? If not, totally get it, it's a wicked at home workout, quite intense. So today is my last day at 31yrs old....looking forward to the next year in life, and getting in better shape year after year...I wanna be one of those 40 year old women who are rock hard and lean, so it's good that I'm starting now, pretty sure I have a long way to go. So the big dilemna for tomorrow is do I pick up a bottle of wine for my birthday? I need to decide today cuz' the liquor stores are closed tomorrow, but I thought, do I need to sit and drink wine, probably by myself? I think I'll skip it and perhaps have a drink if I go out, but probably don't need a whole bottle of wine and a hangover on Friday. Don't think I'll go out tomorrow, I have nappy hair-can't wait til' my wig arrives, and only have 1.5 eyebrows cuz' the threader that I trusted went buck wild on my eyebrows and hacked one off, so here I am again, growing my eyebrows in until September when I come to Calgary...GRRRRR! So, I'll skip the bottle of wine tomorrow, but may have to have a cupcake or piece of cake, but will definitely have a good workout tomorrow and make good food choices the rest of the day. Anyway, I'll post later, give you the update. Hope everyone is having a healthful day....eat your veggies!
