I'll try this again....

So I totally posted last week, but I don't know what happened to it, so I hope this works. I had an okay weekend, not as active as I had planned to be, but it's crunch time to get training for my next 1/2 marathon, so time to let go of the mistakes (ie:cheescake at Second cup yesterday) and move on. I had plenty of time to go running on Friday and Sunday, but chose to sit around and feel sorry for myself instead. I am happy to say that I didn't drink though, even though a bottle of wine was calling my name. I had a great workout Saturday and today, started the Body for Life program in conjunction with my running program, so I hope that the activity and diet changes will help my achieve the body that I desire. Congrats Stacey on buying your tube top, that's awesome, and I think that the most important thing that we need to realize today is that a setback is not a life sentence to failure and doom, afterall, we are only human, so just stay focused on the long term and the lifestyle changes that will occur over time, not overnight. So, round of applause to all of us to getting started, rocky or not, and making different choices daily and learning from our mistakes. And remember, we are all in this together, so we can call on eachother for support anytime!!!! So today is Monday, we have a full five days to make this a great week before we weigh in on Friday, so make the best of it!!!!
