Great posts ladies

I like what I'm seeing, hearing and involved with. I don't have much to say for today, it has been a good one, no sugar, good run this morning, planned to go kick boxing tonight, but got my schedule mixed up and I work too late to go, think I'll go for another run and do some legs.
